Metropolitan Mark Met with the Ruling Bishop of the Diocese of the Romanian Orthodox Church in Madrid

On April 28, Metropolitan Mark of Korsun and Western Europe, Patriarchal Exarch of Western Europe, administrator of the Spanish-Portuguese Diocese, visited the diocesan administration of the Spanish and Portuguese Diocese of the Romanian Orthodox Church in Madrid.

During the visit, Metropolitan Mark became acquainted with the cathedral of the Romanian Orthodox Church in the Spanish capital and also met with Bishop Timofei of Spain and Portugal.

During the conversation, the hierarchs discussed the situation of Orthodox believers in the region, issues of the development of church life, as well as possibilities for strengthening fraternal cooperation on the Iberian Peninsula, reports the website of the Spanish-Portuguese Diocese.
