Metropolitan Hilarion interviews entrants to Church Post-Graduate School

On September 3, 2010, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk in his capacity of rector of the Church Post-Graduate and Doctoral School held interviews with entrants to the Candidate’s and Doctor’s courses, who succeeded in the written paper on theology.

In his talks with each of the entrants, His Eminence inquired about their scholarly and professional plans and the level of their command of foreign and old languages and gave them preliminary recommendations on the themes of their thesis.

Taking part in the interviews were also Archpriest Vladimir Shmaliy, pro-rector of the School, and A. Mramornov, secretary of its academic council.

The entrants to the Doctor’s course are to take four more and the Candidate’s program entrants three more examinations.
