As reported by the Telegram channel of the communities of the Russian Orthodox Church in Turkey, after the Liturgy a short memorial service was held for the Russian ambassador in Ankara from 2013 to 2016, who had been murdered by terrorists, Hero of Russia Andrei Gennadievich Karlov, whose heavenly patron is Saint Andrew the First-Called Apostle.
