On November 10, 2025, during a regular administrative meeting, the staff of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate congratulated DECR Chairman Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk on the 10th anniversary of his episcopal consecration.
The congratulatory address was read by DECR Deputy Chairman Archimandrite Philaret (Bulekov).
A bouquet of flowers was presented to His Eminence on behalf of the Department's staff.
Patriarchal Advisor Archpriest Nikolai Balashov also participated in the congratulatory meeting.
