DISCUSSED: The bill adopted by the Estonian Parliament on April 9, 2025, titled "Amendments to the Estonian Republic’s Law 'On Churches and Congregations,'" which effectively seeks to ban the activities of the Estonian Orthodox Christian Church.
RESOLVED:

To approve the statement of the Holy Synod.

To request His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’ to send appropriate appeals to: the Primates of the Local Orthodox Churches, the heads of non-Orthodox Christian Churches and inter-Christian associations, the leaders and representatives of international organizations.
