Rector of St George Church at Russia’s Embassy in Prague awarded the Order of Holy Prince Vladimir, Equal-to-the-Apostles

On 20^th February 2025, Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk, chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, met with Archpriest Vladimir Abrosimov, rector of the Church of the Holy Great Martyr George at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Prague, Czech Republic. The meeting took place at the Department for External Church Relations.

With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’, Metropolitan Anthony presented to Archpriest Vladimir Abrosimov the Order of the Holy Prince Vladimir, Equal-to-the-Apostles, 3^rd Class. The award was conferred on Father Vladimir “in consideration of his work for the good of the Holy Church and on the occasion of the 45^th anniversary of his priestly ordination.” Father Vladimir expressed his deep gratitude to the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church for such high commendation of his work.
