Parishioners of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in the Capital of Laos Prepared Gifts for Students of a Rural School

A Divine Liturgy was celebrated on Sunday at the Church of St. Prince Alexander Nevsky in Vientiane (Laos).
After the service and a communal meal, the parishioners, together with the rector, Father Dimitri Lavrentyev, prepared school supplies for children living in the village of Pokpo, which is located an hour's drive from Vientiane.
The sets included stationery as well as sweet treats, reports the Telegram channel of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Southeast Asia.
Approximately 150 children attend this school. The collected supplies will be distributed to the elementary school students.
