King and Queen of Thailand give audience to clerics of Thailand Diocese of Patriarchal Exarchate of South-East Asia

On 12th August 2024, in the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall in Bangkok, King Maha Vajiralongkorn (Rama X) of Thailand and Queen Suthida of Thailand granted an audience to Archimandrite Oleg (Cherepanin), secretary of the Diocese of Thailand, and Archpriest Daniel Vanna.
His Majesty graciously heard a report by Archpriest Daniel and a presentation by Archimandrite Oleg. The clerics conveyed regards to His Majesty from the Orthodox community in Thailand on the occasion of his 72th birthday, the Exarchate’s website reports.
With the blessing of Metropolitan Sergiy of Singapore and South-East Asia, Patriarchal Exarch of South-East Asia, Archimandrite Oleg presented to the King his portrait painted by a well-known portraitist A.I. Osipov.
