Patriarchal Exarch of Southeast Asia celebrates in Indonesian city of Surabaya

On August 4, the commemoration day of St. Mary Magdalene Equal-to-the-Apostles, Metropolitan Sergiy of Singapore and Southeast Asia, Patriarchal Exarch of Southeast Asia, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the church of St. Jonah of Manchuria in the city of Surabaya, East Java Province, Republic of Indonesia.
Concelebrating with His Eminence were Rev. Kirill Sisvaja, rector of the church; hieromonk Joasaph (Tandibilang); Rev. Iriney Priyono, rector of the church of St. Seraphim of Sarov in Gresik; Rev. Theodore Trianto, rector of the church of St. Cosmas of Aetolia in Malang; Rev. Vissarion Mahardik, cleric of the church of St. Jonah of Manchuria in Surabaya; and hieromonk Mefody (Sugiarto), cleric of the Hierarchal Metochion - St. Vladimir's church in Bekasi.
Concluding the service, Metropolitan Sergiy addressed the worshippers with a sermon.
A meal followed during which the archpastor talked with the parishioners, the Telegram channel of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Southeast Asia reports.
