His Holiness Patriarch Kirill meets with clergymen performing pastoral ministry in the far abroad countries

On April 4, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’ met with clergymen who perform pastoral ministry in the far abroad countries.
Participating in the meeting, which took place in the Patriarchal and Synodal residence at St. Daniel’s monastery in Moscow, were Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk, chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations (DECR); Archpriest Nikolai Lishenyuk, DECR vice-chairman; Archimandrite Philip (Ryabykh), representative of the Russian Orthodox Church to the Council of Europe and the European Union and rector of the Parish of All Saints in Strasbourg; Archimandrite Vassian (Zmeyev), representative of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus’ to the Patriarch of Bulgaria; Archpriest Igor Vyzhanov, chancellor of the Patriarchal parishes in the USA and rector of St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York; Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh; and Rev. Maxim Politov, secretary of the Chersonesus diocesan administration.
The clergymen told His Holiness about the life of the Moscow Patriarchate dioceses and parishes in the countries where they are performing their ministry.
At the end of the meeting, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill thanked the clergymen for their labours and wished them God’s aid in their ministry.
