Hierarch of the Antiochian Orthodox Church visits the Moscow Patriarchate parish in Brussels

On October 16th, Metropolitan Niphon of Philippopolis, the representative of the Patriarch of Antioch and All the East to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus', prayed at the Divine Liturgy at the church of the Holy Trinity in Brussels.
Also present in the church was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Belgium, A.A. Tokovinin, states the website of the Russian Orthodox Archbishopric of Brussels and Belgium.
After Communion of the Holy Mysteries of Christ, Metropolitan Niphon addressed the audience with a sermon in which he spoke of the main mystery of Christianity - the mystery of the Incarnation of God.
"God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son for the salvation of all. As we look at this image, it is important to realize what a precious price we are justified by. It is necessary that the divine principle in each of us would grow from strength to strength. And the way to this is through love for one's neighbor," stressed the Metropolitan.
