DECR chairman meets with representative of Kirche in Not foundation

On July 7, a meeting took place at the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate between the DECR chairman, Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk, and the head of the department for relations with Russia of the international charity ‘Kirche in Not’ (Aid to the Church in Need), Mr P. V. Gumenyuk.

Participating in the meeting was Hieromonk Stephen (Igumnov), DECR secretary for inter-Christian relations.

They discussed pressing problems concerning the cooperation between the Russian Orthodox Church and the Kirche in Not foundation.
