Dear Brother and Concelebrant Beloved in the Lord,

Kindly accept my congratulations on the commemoration day of your heavenly patron – the Holy Martyr Theophilos of Sebastia.

Your patriarchal ministry in the Most Holy Church of Jerusalem is marked with tireless concern for the welfare of her children and numerous pilgrims who come over from every part of the Orthodox world and for the brotherly co-existence of the peoples and religious communities living in the Holy Land. Your prayerful intercession for the Church of Christ at the Lord’s Sepulcher is of special importance for your brothers – primates of the Holy Churches of God.
