His Excellency Mr. Donald TRUMP
President
United States of America
Your Excellency, dear Mr. President,
I was deeply grieved to learn about the death and injuries of innocent people as the result of the shootings in three U.S. cities.
On these days of hardship for the American people I convey my condolences to all those stricken with sorrow. It is my hope that every effort will be exerted to prevent such tragedies in future.
May the Merciful Lord give strength to the hands of the doctors fighting for the life and health of the injured, and grant the soonest recovery to the wounded and consolation to the relatives and friends of the victims.
With condolences,
+KIRILL
