Administrator of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese celebrates prayer service at a church under construction on the island of Mindanao

On November 27, Metropolitan Pavel of Manila and Hanoi celebrated a prayer service at the Church of St.Thomas the Apostle currently under construction in the village of Kinabalan on the island of Mindanao, the Republic of the Philippines.
Assisting the archpastor were hieromonk Kornily (Molev), secretary of the Philippines and Vietnam Diocese, and deacon Daniil Matveyev, the Telegram channel of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Southeast Asia reports.
At the end of the service, Bishop Pavel addressed the worshippers with an archpastoral word, saying: "Let us offer our prayers to the Lord asking for His blessing to complete the construction of the church and consecrate it, so that everyone could come here and pray, glorify our Heavenly Creator together and receive Holy Mysteries.
