Clerics of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission take part in the Liturgy at the Holy Sepulchre

On September 24, the commemoration day of St. Silouan the Athonite, Archbishop Aristovoulos of Madaba, Patriarchate of Jerusalem, officiated at the midnight Divine Liturgy in the Church of the Resurrection of Christ in Jerusalem with the blessing of His Beatitude Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem.
Concelebrating were Archpriest Nikolai Zhdanov, sacristan of the Mission’s metochion of Apostle Peter and Righteous Tabitha in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, hieromonk Pyotr (Borodulin) of the Mission, clerics of the Brotherhood of the Holy Sepulchre, and Russian pilgrims in holy orders.
The clerics of the Patriarchate of Jerusalem, the Mission staff, many pilgrims from Russia, and members of local Christian communities prayed at the Liturgy.
The liturgical hymns were sung by the choirmen of the Brotherhood of the Holy Sepulchre, website of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission reports.
The divine service was celebrated in Greek, Church Slavonic, and Arabic.
