Metropolitan Nestor of Korsun meets with Deputy Prime Minister of Hungary

On 6th August 2024, in Budapest, Metropolitan Nestor of Korsun and Western Europe, Patriarchal Exarch of Western Europe, temporary administrator of the Diocese of Budapest and Hungary, met with Mr Zsolt Semjén, Deputy Prime Minister of Hungary.
In a friendly atmosphere, the participants in the meeting discussed issues of mutual interest and exchanged opinions on the prospects of promoting relations between the Government of Hungary and the Diocese of Budapest and Hungary.
To conclude the meeting, Mr Zsolt Semjén presented a gift to Metropolitan Nestor – a commemorative medal with an image of St. Stephen the King and Enlightener of Hungary, website of the Korsun Diocese reports.
