Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk meets with the Syrian ambassador to Russia.

On 22nd July 2024 at the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate there was held a meeting between the chairman of the Department for External Church Relations the metropolitan of Volokolamsk Anthony with the Syrian ambassador to Russia Bashar Al Jaafari.
The participants of the meeting discussed issues of mutual interest.
Also attending the meeting were the secretary at the DECR for affairs of the distant abroad Father Andrei Titushkin and advisor at the Syrian embassy Ismail Abdelrassak.
