Parishioners and Rector of the Church of the Ascension on Samui Island helped an orphanage

On the 5^th of July, Priest Andrei Ivashchenko, rector of the Church of the Ascension of the Lord on Samui Island (Thailand), visited with parishioners an orphanage in Chumphon Province.

According to the telegram channel of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Southeast Asia, thanks to the support of the parishioners of the church it was possible to help the children of this social institution.

In particular, milk and other foodstuffs were donated. Thanks to the help of the parish, the children will receive clothes and nappies, which are needed by the youngest wards of the orphanage.
