Your Eminence, Beloved Brother in Christ,
I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the 10th anniversary of your episcopal consecration. Exactly ten years ago, in the days of radiant Christmas joy, the Lord called you to high ministry. All these years you have been an example of good pastor and wise hierarch of the Church of Christ. Your Eminence have dedicated all your manifold gifts as a theologian and composer to people, thus strengthening them in faith and devotion.
On this auspicious day, I would like to wish you from my heart the strength of spirit and body and God’s blessing on you work for the good of the Orthodox Church. May the All-Merciful Lord preserve Your Eminence for many good years!
