Primate of Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands and Slovakia sends condolences over the tragic air crash in Moscow Region
His Beatitude Metropolitan Rastislav of the Czech Lands and Slovakia expressed his sincere condolences over the tragic death of 71 people in the crash of the Saratov Airlines An-148 jet, which occurred in the Moscow Region on 11 February 2018.
His Beatitude Metropolitan Rastislav’s message to His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia reads, in particular, “We are praying to the All-Generous Lord that He grant rest to the souls of His servants in the dwellings of the righteous and strengthen relatives and friends of the victims, granting them fortitude to endure this terrible tragedy.”
