Your Excellency,
I was deeply grieved to learn about a terrorist attack in Burj el-Barajneh neighbourhood of Beirut, as a result of which innocent people died and were injured. Please accept my profound condolences.
Our people know from their own experience what sufferings terrorists inflict on civilians and how important and effective mutual solidarity and support is in such moments of hardship.
I wholeheartedly share the pain and sorrow of the relatives and friends of those who died or were injured as a result of this atrocious act. Please convey to them my words of consolation and wishes of spiritual fortitude.
