With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, head of the Moscow Patriarchate’s department for external church relations, will visit Greece from June 13 to 18, 2011.

The program of his visit includes a meeting with His Beatitude Archbishop Jeronymos of Athens and All Greece and participation in the meeting of the Joint Orthodox-Catholic Commission for Theological Dialogue’s working group for drafting a document on the Role of the Bishop of Rome in Church Communion in the First Millennium to be held at Rethymno, Crete.
