"OCU" Raiders Seized the Cathedral in the City of Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi at Night
Around midnight on May 30, in the city of Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi in the Cherkasy region of Ukraine, the Cathedral of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church was seized — a group of people in military uniforms broke into the territory of the Cathedral of the Savior Not Made by Hands.
It is noted that the perpetrators intentionally waited for the curfew. Under the cover of darkness, they broke the locks and thus entered the church.
"The criminal group presents itself as the local territorial defense. However, none of the raiders have any identification marks," reports the Telegram channel "Dozor." According to the channel's sources, the process of seizing the church was directly overseen by one of the local representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine.
The police were present at the scene but did nothing.
