DECR chairman meets with head of Diocese of Novo-Nakhichevan of Armenian Orthodox Church

On July 2023, Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk, chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate Department for External Church Relations, met in Moscow with the head of the Armenian Apostolic Church Diocese of New-Nakhichevan and Russia, Archbishop Ezras.

Before the meeting, Metropolitan Anthony, accompanied by Archbishop Ezras, visited the Cathedral of the Lord’s Transfiguration, a part of the compound of diocesan buildings.

During the meeting, they discussed cooperation and other topics of mutual concern.

At the meeting, they were joined by the DECR vice-chairman, Archimandrite Philaret (Bulekov).
