Hierarch of Ukrainian Orthodox Church attends festivities in Bulgarian Church in Silistra
On July 11, 2021, Metropolitan Agapit of Mogilev-Podolsky and Shargorod took part in the celebrations devoted to the Dorostol Saints in the city of Silitstra, Bulgaria. This report came to the Union of Orthodox Journalists from the Diocese of Mogilev-Podolsky of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
At the invitation of Metropolitan Iakov of Dorostol, representatives of several Local Orthodox Church took part in the celebration of the Divine Liturgy, among them Metropolitan Agapit of Mogilev-Podolsky and Shargorod and Archbishop Nikodim of Edunet and Briceni.
After the Liturgy there was a procession with the cross and a thanksgiving.
