Ss Cyril and Methodius Institute of Post-Graduate Studies granted state accreditation
On February 7, 2018, the commemoration day of St. Gregory the Theologian, the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor) issued an order granting state accreditation to the Ss Cyril and Methodius Institute of Post-Graduate Studies (CMI).
As a result of the accreditation expertise carried out to establish whether all the basic forms of the CMI educational and academic work meet the accreditation requirements, the Rosobrnadzor made the decision that the theological school successfully passed the state accreditation.
The CMI has proved its right to carry out educational work in training for Theology on two higher level of education – MA course and post-graduate course, with the right to grant state-recognized graduation certificate. Post-graduate students will be trained under the accredited program for training highly qualified personnel and will be able to present their theses for defending in the dissertation council for Theology included in the network of Higher Attestation Commissions of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, the CMI site reports.
