‘Test your knowledge of geography’ event held at the Dormition parish in Singapore.

On 19th November at the Dormition parish of the Russian Orthodox Church in Singapore a ‘test your knowledge of geography’ event, organized jointly with Russia House in Singapore and the Russian Geographic Society, was held, reports the telegram channel of the Patriarchal exarchate of South East Asia.
The ‘test your knowledge of geography’ event is an annual undertaking organized since 2015 by the Russian Geographic Society with the aim of popularizing knowledge of geography and increasing interest in the geography of Russia. It is held as a type of test at various platforms within Russia and abroad with people attending directly and also online.
Before the test the participants were treated to a light reception by the organizers. Then in the comfortable and friendly surroundings of the parish the participants took to solving the tasks presented in Russian, English and Chinese.
