Your Holiness and Beatitude,
Dear Brother and Concelebrant beloved in the Lord:
On this festive Sunday, I cordially congratulate you on another anniversary of your ascent to the old throne of Catholicoses-Patriarchs of All Georgia.
You are truly the spiritual leader of your people and in the years of your primatial ministry you have always strived to be for your flock an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity (1 Tim. 4:12).
I prayerfully wish Your Holiness and Beatitude spiritual and physical strength, abundant mercies from Christ the Saviour and His help in your further primatial work for the good of the Mother Church.
